Vivo Xplay 5S

Vivo, the smartphone vendor from China has attracted quite some attention these days with its series of thinnest smartphone in the world. The earlier Vivo X5 Max comes with a 4.75-inch chassis. It has also released the world’s first Quad HD smartohone, the Xplay 3S. The company seems to be preparing yet another smartphone model, the Xplay 5S, which is likely the direct successor of Xplay 3S.

The gargantuan 6-inch Quad HD display delivers 490ppi of pixel density. There are also 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor, 32GB of onboard storage and 3GB of RAM underneath its chassis. The front-facing camera is built around an 8Mp wide-angle sensor. The 13Mp camera on the back is equipped with dual-tone flash, OIS and f/1.8 aperture.

There’s a 3500mAh battery to support the phone for multi-day usages. It comes with dedicated audio solutions, based on a couple of chips, OPS2604 and ES9018. The Vivo Funtouch 2.0 skin will run on top of the Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system. However, the phone isn’t another ultra-slim model, but still beats most high-end models in the market its 5.68mm thickness. It should be noted that there’s no guarantee that these specs will be accurate.
