The LG 3 has been released along with its two variants, the LG G3 S and LG G3 Stylus. But apparently, the company hasn’t abandoned the earlier G2 family yet. Consumers will be getting the LG G2 Lite, which recently appeared on retailers’ databases in Brazil. The LG D295 or LG G2 Lite is probably smaller than the previous G2 Mini.
This means that we will also get less advanced features. As an example, we get only 4.5-inch display with 480 x 800 resolution. Like any entry-level handset, the phone is equipped with dual-SIM slots. 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor, 4GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM and 1900mAh battery. There’s a VGA camera on the front and 8Mp camera on the back. After taking a closer look, it appears that the LG G2 Lite is essentially a rebranded version of the LG L Fino. It a=was announced officially last month.
The LG phone should be available pretty soon starting in Brazil. It will cost about $269 or 615 Brazilian Reais. The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It should be noted that smartphones in Brazil is usually sold somewhat higher. The G2 Lite could also be available in other countries.
