Manta 7x is Available for Preorder

Manta-7xA few months ago we heard about a rather unique and new smartphone model that is being developed. It lacks any physical button on the chassis and it will be known as the Manta 7x. The phone is finally available for pre-order and the actual shipping and phone release date would be about two weeks from now.

It will be released along with its sibling, the Manta 7L, which is a more affordable model with physical buttons and more traditional designs. The Manta 7x is equipped with 5.5-inch Full HD display developed by Sharp. The phone should deliver a rather dense pixel density of 401ppi.

Hardware-wise, Manta 7x may slightly lag behind high-end devices with its 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM, but it should deliver exceptional performance. Users can get the rather generous 32GB of onboard storage.

To make things more interesting, the Manta 7x comes with IP55 rating for an amount of resistance against dust and water exposure. However, the primary features of the Manta 7x should be its dual 13Mp cameras, one the back and another on the front. They have f/2.0 aperture and 88-degree wide angle capture. The whole package is powered by a 4200mAh battery.
