Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G925F) May Make an Early Appearance on Benchmarking Website

Samsung Galaxy S6The successor to Samsung Galaxy S5 could be released officially before the summer of and we could expect that it would be called the Galaxy S6 or SM-G925F. It is still many months away before we could get official confirmation from the South Korean company. However, the device has recently made an appearance on the popular benchmarking service, AnTuTu. CNMO, a tech website from China, has posted a screenshot of the benchmark result in AnTuTu’s database.

The phone is called SM-G925F and expected to pack a really powerful punch. Apparently, the SM-G825F is a variant for European countries, but it should be nearly identical to other versions. The most probable differences are the processor type and frequency bands.

According to information shown on the image, the Samsung Galaxy S6 could be equipped with Quad HD 5.5-inch display, 5Mp front-facing camera and 20Mp rear-facing camera. Equipped with Exynos 7420 octa-core 64-bit processor, Mali T760 GPU and 3GB of RAM, the Galaxy S6 should be able to handle any app and game in the Google Play Store. 32GB of onboard storage is also mentioned and perhaps, there is also a microSD card slot.

Based on the Project Zero, the Galaxy S6 may take an entirely new direction, design-wise. It will use some metal elements, like the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy Alpha.
