Samsung Galaxy S6 vs Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Samsung Galaxy S6 vs Samsung Galaxy S6 EdgeSamsung has decided to deliver two flagships models, the Galaxy S6 Edge and the basic, Galaxy S6. It would be interesting to know what separates both models. The S6 Edge looks really interesting with its curved screen edge that can provide us information in a rather gimmicky, but cool way. There are four features provided for the edged display, People Edge, Edge Lighting, Night Clock and Information Stream.

Both phones are equipped with 5.1-inch Quad HD display and Super AMOLED panel, offering us 577ppi of pixel density. To compensate for the addition of edge screens, the Galaxy S6 Edge has 2600mAh battery, while the standard Galaxy S6 has 2550mAh battery.

Instead of Snapdragon 801, both devices are equipped with the homegrown Exynos 7420 SoC processor, that’s built using 14nm architecture. It’s a big.LITTLE processor, with four 1.5GHz cores and four 2.1GHz cores. Both have 3GB of RAM, Mali T760 PU and 32/64/128 GB of internal storage.
